Meet the TempLink Team

Fargo native Gary Tharaldson II. attended NDSU for Business Management and later helped launch TempLink in 2023. As the CEO, Gary helps guide the TempLink team to offer the best products and services to customers in Fargo and beyond. Outside work, Tharaldson enjoys days at the lake, fishing, and vacationing.

Pleasanton, CA, native Nick Clark is the President of TempLink. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain and Value Management from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX, where he currently resides. Nick enjoys golf, hunting, fishing, traveling, and spending time with family. Nick brings valuable expertise to TempLink from his logistics work at Lockheed Martin, where he managed repair and return processes for F-16 fighter jets across five countries

Travis DeJong is one of the Founders and Developer at TempLink. He has a 34-year background in commercial refrigeration, working at Dakota Refrigeration for 20 years, and now brings his expertise to TempLink in sensor application and system operation. Outside TempLink, DeJong teaches at M State Tech College (where he graduated) and enjoys hunting, fishing, and outdoor activities.

Justin LaGosh is the Chief Revenue Officer at TempLink, with over 18 years of experience in sales and business development. He has a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performance sales teams across various industries. At TempLink, Justin focuses on expanding market reach and developing strategic partnerships to accelerate the company’s growth. Outside of TempLink, Justin is an alum of North Dakota State and enjoys coaching youth sports, hiking, and spending time with his family.

Jenny Wambach is our dedicated Client Success Manager, bringing a wealth of experience in serving clients across diverse industries. With over 20 years of experience, she is known for building strong relationships and ensuring clients receive the support they need to achieve their goals. She is passionate about providing exceptional service and creating positive experiences that drive customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

With over 25 years of experience, Adam stands as a cornerstone of TempLink’s Business Development team. His extensive career is marked by a series of notable accomplishments in new initiatives, product development, and a deep commitment to driving growth and innovation within the industry. Adam is dedicated to steering the company toward continued success and is committed to leveraging his extensive experience to shape the future of our business. Adam is also passionate about helping student athletes prepare for life after college and their time playing sports.
